Even with the bags, they still have to be in favorable conditions. There’s a delta that needs to be kept between ambient conditions and sought after targets…. the ambient rh can’t be higher than the target, otherwise the moisture has nowhere to go, but at the same time, the ambient rh can’t be down in the 30’s when you’re shooting for 58%rh…

I would never consider those bags. Best part about jars is they are reusable and have been used for many, many years. And it’s clean!
